When I learn how to work through my pain, I always share ideas with my students.  &amp; of course, when I feel better, Yoga classes are better.  Yoga, healthy activity, meditation, nutrition, acupuncture, massage are some of the paths I&#039;ve explored for my own self-care.  Scott Anderson developed a Chakra-Cleansing meditation (available on-line) about &quot;not taking on others issues&quot;  VERY beneficial.
